I asked for help. At work. When I need help and am stuck in a situation at work, I tend to search within for the answer, even when I don’t know how to really solve the problem. I got stuck in a rut with my lesson plans. Therefore I got stuck in a rut and my students got stuck in a rut. But today, I met with a drama teacher at a local school. Thank God for that meeting, because she gave me so many ideas that I can implement into my class next year! I have my vigor and excitement and passion back!
